Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All full-priced items purchased on our website are eligible for a return within 7 days after delivery. To return an item for a full refund or an exchange, please email us at info@pinkvelvetjewelry.com to get started. Please note certain exceptions apply:
- Products showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Items in our clearance sale are not refundable.
If you are shipping back your order, please make sure it is packed securely and in its original packaging. Pink Velvet Jewelry is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once your return has been received and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment. If you do not see a credit after 10 business days, please contact your banking center.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, you may cancel at any time before items have shipped. To request a cancellation, please email info@pinkvelvetjewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be canceled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for canceled orders that have already shipped.
If you placed a custom order, you can request a change or cancellation within 48 hours of purchasing. Please note that all custom orders are final sale after the 48 hour window.
